This Is What Happens When We Breathe

When we breathe we open space within ourselves.
We open space in our mind, we open space in our hearts.
We open space in our joints, we open space for our movements.

Dis-ease can not dwell in a space with flow,
dis-ease and worry dwell in the stagnant.

When we breathe we take our time...
to smell the roses, to survey the self and connect.
When we breathe we cope with stress more easily, we make the right decision more often than not.

When we breathe we bring oxygen into our body and breathe out carbon dioxide, we cleanse our blood in this process.

When we breathe we connect to life, to our life, to the life around us,
to the Divinity with us... within all.

When we breathe we sleep beautifully, we worry less, we choose life enhancing foods
and our outlook is more positive.

When we breathe we relax tension and relaxation is the foundation for any peaceful, happy and healthy state of Being.

When we breathe we pause, we cope, we more than cope.
The more we breathe the more we thrive.

Trees breathe, flowers breathe, everything that is alive on Mother Earth breathes.
Mother Earth breathes.

To breathe is to connect to life,
the process of breathing and an intention to breathe is life affirming.

Most of your troubles, my troubles, anyone's troubles can be greatly solved simply by implementing a simple daily breathing practise.  Try it.

Follow your natural breath, in and out, in and out.
Relax.
Consciously, relax.
Breathe.
